i understand first hand the unique challenges that new parents face

Becoming a parent is a time of significant adjustment, both physically and emotionally, and it can be overwhelming to navigate these changes alone. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or simply feeling unsure of how to cope with the demands of parenthood, I am here to provide a supportive and compassionate space for you to work through your challenges.

individual therapy

Being everything for everyone is exhausting. You don’t have to have it all together here. My clients bring whatever is on their mind and we sort through it together.

I specialize in pregnancy, postpartum, toddlerhood, and other seasons of motherhood, but work with women in all seasons of life.

Therapy can help you to

  • create a sense of calm in your life;

  • process and heal wounds from your past;

  • connect the dots from past to present;

  • change generational cycles; and

  • show up for yourself by filling your own cup first.

As a mother, it's common to feel isolated and overwhelmed by the demands of raising our babies. Joining a group of other moms who are going through similar experiences can help you feel less alone and provide a supportive community to turn to.

In group therapy, you can connect with other moms who understand your struggles and share your experiences. You can learn from each other, offer each other support and encouragement, and gain new insights and perspectives on your challenges.
